This ground floor unit has a concrete patio, just across the lawn from the stairs to the beach. The unit is well furnished with all of the comforts of home. All published rates are for single or double occupancy (1 or 2 adults) and do not include a once-per-stay cleaning fee of $35. For extra persons 16 and older, add $10 per person per night. (All units have a strict occupancy limit.) Rates are subject to applicable local taxes and may change without notice.

We do not rent to minors under 21. All rooms are non-smoking. We do not allow pets; service animals are OK.
